  • Rectal Pain

    • Rectal pain with bleeding hemorrhoids is more prevalent with external hemorrhoids since they are positioned on the outside of the anal area.

There are a variety of factors that can cause bleeding hemorrhoids. When the pressure is applied to the swollen veins it causes them to rupture and bleed.

There are also non-surgical procedures that can be performed to shrink hemorrhoids or eliminate them altogether.
